Featured Sermon:
I Am The True Vine
Scripture References:
John 15:1 John 15:5
Gathered around the table at the Last Supper, the atmosphere was heavy with the weight of Jesus' looming departure. To comfort and instruct His closest friends, He used a vivid image they all understood: a grapevine. In this powerful farewell discourse, Jesus reminds us that we are not meant to walk out our faith in isolation. Just as a branch can only bear fruit if it remains joined to the main vine, our souls only truly thrive when we abide daily in His love, grace, and truth. John 15:1 "I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener." John 15:4 "Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me." John 15:5 "I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing." (New International Version)
